Financial Obligations & Benefits

Member Contributions

A minimum of N5,000 savings which can be monthly or quarterly.

How Funds Work

Members can access funds as loans with interest. Funds are invested in viable portfolios and dividends are paid yearly from investment yields.

Institutionalized real estate model and regular financial literacy and investment webinars that educate members.
